DELTA EDITION est une société de digitalisation des plans des réseaux STEG , SONEDE , TELECOM , ONAS , de mise à jour cartographique et de développement de logiciels pour la gestion des SIG (système d'information géographique).(scannage format A0, numérisation, orthophotoplan, calage par la méthode Helmert). Maitrisant: Autocad, Arcview, Raster Design, Covadis, Jump etc...DELTA EDITION travaille aussi sur un projet de suivi d'un parc de véhicule par GPS en temps réel et en temps différé.

TECHNIQUES
Scannérisation: La scannérisation consiste à transformer un document papier (réseau, cadastre, géologie, plan topo, autre) en une image numérique. Le résultat peut être importé dans un SIG mais ne donne pas la même souplesse d'utilisation que du vecteur. L'image obtenue est aussi appelée raster
Géo référencement: Le géo référencement consiste à placer le plan (raster ou vecteur) dans un système de coordonnées Lambert. Certains fichiers subissent une transformation ou distorsion inévitable. La précision du calage dépend de l'échelle du plan.
Assemblage: La phase d'assemblage est nécessaire dès lors que la zone géographique concernée se porte sur plusieurs plans. A l'issue de cette opération, DELTA EDITION génère un fichier unique par commune ou par zone.
Digitalisation: La digitalisation permet de convertir des données raster en objets linéaires numériques (vecteur). Cette phase a pour but de reproduire digitalement les informations graphiques présentes sur la planche, en privilégiant la précision et l'exhaustivité.
Structuration: A l'issu de la vectorisation, les objets sont classés dans des couches (calques) spécifiques : voirie, hydrographie, parcelle, bâtiment dur, bâtiment léger, couche géologique, etc...
Export: Utilisation d'une passerelle d'export vers le format de fichier désiré. Saisie manuelle des contraintes telles que l'orientation, l'échelle et différents paramètres.
Livraison: Livraison du produit fini par site FTP, e-mail, CD-ROM ou DVD-ROM selon la demande.
TECHNICAL
Scanning : The scanning is to convert a paper document (network , cadastre , geology, topo map , other) in a digital image. The result can be imported into a GIS but does not give the same flexibility as the vector. The resulting image is called raster
Geo SEO: SEO is to place the geo map (raster or vector) in a system of Lambert coordinates. Some files are transformed or inevitable distortion. The accuracy of the calibration depends on the scale of the map.
Assembly: The assembly phase is necessary since the geographical area is focused on several fronts. After this operation, DELTA EDITION generates a unique file joint or area.
Digitizing : Digitizing converts raster data into numerical linear objects (vector). This phase aims to reproduce digitally graphic information on the board to present , focusing on accuracy and completeness .
Structuring : At the end of the vectorization , objects are classified into layers ( layers ) Specific : roads , hydrography, land , building hard , lightweight building, geological , etc. ...
Export: Use of an export gateway to the desired file format . Manual input constraints such as orientation , scale and different parameters.
Delivery : Delivery of the finished FTP, e -mail , CD -ROM or DVD- ROM website as requested product.
